Joy, did you ever get this taken care of? You CAN get a refund from your credit card company. What OpenSky is doing is illegal. Demand a "chargeback." Get your CC company talking to them. You also do not need to pay a restocking fee. Know your rights and get tough. Also, file with the NYC Better Business Bureau.
