I have purchased 2 tickets for 21 pilots for my daughter for christmas. the order # is 5367554 the concert isn't until april 10th, 2016 but i would like them to put under the christmas tree! could you please send them to me asap! thank you, noreen

Online city tickets processed my order and charged me money but never sent me an e-ticket. when i attempted to call their phone number, i could not get a human representative over the telephone. very poor customer service. i still haven't received a ticket for my payment and it's been several weeks.

I ordered tickets for the garth brooks concert two months ago and have not received a link to download the tickets. i have sent four emails and received an automated response for each of them. when i call the customer service number, it says emails will be returned within 24 hours (i guess they're talking about an automatically generated email). how do i speak to someone? i've invested $800 in tickets and do not have them. do i purchase other tickets and dispute the charge on my credit card for the original purchase? i want to see this concert!

Answer:

My problem was that they charged $30 for a Saturday delivery and then emailed the tickets too late to get them before the show. We ran all over trying to find somewhere to print the tickets since the venue couldn't do tickets from phone. The tickets would not download once we found a place to print. Fight to get the tickets in time to avoid this.

I need to know that your money back guarantee is legitimate. i have concerns seeing as the ship date on my order has changed twice since my purchase and it's a mere two days prior to the event. also, your company is not accredited by the better business bureau. what are you doing to hold the seller accountable for our transaction? thanks. Answer:

Online Tickets does not honor their guarantee. They refuse to refund money paid for canceled concerts due to COVID19. Strongly Recommend avoiding using this company.

I got a confirmation number it says.my tickets will be sent to me via email and they will be here a week before the concert. how liable is this? never ordered from here before. i really wanna go to tje convert and will be bummed if it's a fraud.

Answer:

I am in the same boat. Ordered my tickets in December. The event is this Friday and I still have nothing. Spent almost $400 per ticket for this level of anxiety. I hope it goes better for you.

Answer:

The Venue cannot tell you if the tickets are valid. You will not know that until the day of the even when you go to use them. 5 of the 6 tickets I had were already used. I am now trying to get my money back and I am getting the run around from Online City Tickets. Be very careful with them and if you can don't use them. You have no guarantee the tickets will work.
