Has anyone been successful with getting a refund from their credit card company prior to the event?
My problem was that they charged $30 for a Saturday delivery and then emailed the tickets too late to get them before the show. We ran all over trying to find somewhere to print the tickets since the venue couldn't do tickets from phone. The tickets would not download once we found a place to print. Fight to get the tickets in time to avoid this.
Online Tickets does not honor their guarantee. They refuse to refund money paid for canceled concerts due to COVID19. Strongly Recommend avoiding using this company.
I am in the same boat. Ordered my tickets in December. The event is this Friday and I still have nothing. Spent almost $400 per ticket for this level of anxiety. I hope it goes better for you.
The Venue cannot tell you if the tickets are valid. You will not know that until the day of the even when you go to use them. 5 of the 6 tickets I had were already used. I am now trying to get my money back and I am getting the run around from Online City Tickets. Be very careful with them and if you can don't use them. You have no guarantee the tickets will work.
