Just received a refund from my credit card company. I video taped the tickets being scanned at the concert and showing them as being used already and then asked the venue to provide me with a letter showing my tickets were not valid. 5 of my 6 tickets were not usable. Be very very careful and avoid this company at all cost. You cannot tell if the tickets are valid until the day of the concert.
I challenged the charge with my Capital One Visa, but they eventually got my money. I hope this company rots in hell. I also contacted Oregon consumer fraud division, bit didn't hear back from them.
I don't know. I was told the owner of the Company does not take calls from customers when I requested to speak with him/her. So much for customer service.
Chicago moved legally against them for price gouging. They are also unable to get BBB certification.
I have no idea. I just know a lot of people will be very disappointed when they get there and someone else has used there ticket. My tickets were suppose to be mailed around March I received them Nov and they were paper printed tickets. Why didn't they let me print off because they selling multiples of one ticket..
Zero. Online City tickets never responded when being investigated. Credit card company made it right and refunded my money.
These festering pustules will probably get away with gouging you. Avoid this service at all costs. May the employees and their families be struck with a pox.
