Answer:

Online City Tickets is a SCAM! They are a Fraudulent website and take your money, contact your bank or credit card company and report them. I did and also contacted the BBB and FBI about this. I will be getting my money back!

Try to cancel your purchase - if its not too late. They are a scam. There are no real tickets.

Yeah I ordered tickets and its saying that I am going to have to wait over a month for them to ship. I am just hoping that they are doing to be legit with how much a paid and how long I am having to wait!

The guarantee is worthless. Even if they honor it, you have spent no money but have no tickets and don't get to go to the event. Is that an acceptable outcome? I don't think so!
