why do the tickets come as a screenshot on an email
I cannot get a response from the contact us addresses given on their website. It's regarding delivery of tickets.

Yeah I ordered tickets and its saying that I am going to have to wait over a month for them to ship. I am just hoping that they are doing to be legit with how much a paid and how long I am having to wait!
