how can we have so many problems with our trip booked and paid in full 3 months before we planned to leave. 1Day before flight, they called to say flight not confirmed, so we did not get to flight. the next day they said our new confirmed flight was leaving that afternoon. on our way to the airport they called my cell phone to say the flight not confirm, do not go to the airport. this is just the start of the problems on this trip. does anyone at one travel care about customer service? tm.laplante@gmail.com this is one more chance for one travel to contact me to get this correct. As of right now, we a stuck in ecuador because the 4th leg of the flight as of yesterday is still not confirm. help
