This company is a total scam. Don't believe anything the reps say here. I have been waiting over 10 months to receive a refund for orders never received and after countless emails and either dodgy or no responses, I can guarantee they have stolen my money. Agree with the other review - dispute your transaction as soon as possible and document everything. Good luck!
I wish I had read your review before. 3 items missing from my package. Yes, I'll be lucky to see $101.77 from them or my CC company. FWIW, here's a screenshot from a review on Trustpilot that includes a phone number you might want to try and that I will. There are a couple of other listings there with different phone numbers. Shipping took about 2 weeks and items came in 4 different packages and days. Materials, cuts, and sizes not at all as advertised. Customers need to pay to return the items to China and wait for inspection or acceptance! Refunds are15%, yes you read correctly fifteen per cent.
Both items ordered fit small. I ordered 2XL and what arrived is probably XL at best.
No Tracking labels come with the orders, and all returns are to go to China which is very expense to to ship. Noracora is making customers pay for that cost. I paid $96.30 for shipping to China. That is why it's not available because they are running a scam! You have to call them for the return shipping address and they know if they put that address out on the website no one would buy; however they make sure to put in their policy that the customer is responsible for return shipping. If you didn't pay a lot for the item I would throw it away verses paying more to ship back to China just my opinion!
