I can't answer your question, but what I did was make a complaint through PayPal. I just did it so I don't know what the results will be. You might want to contact your credit card company and refer to this site with all the negative reviews.

Everyone had a different experience. I purchased some waterfall lights before Xmas. I bought six sets in total. After Xmas one set stopped working. I contacted them via email and albeit rather lengthy I have today had a result. I found the best point of contact is via email. I must say the lights are beautiful I put them outside and I have had people knocking on my door to ask where they can get some. I am now being sent a replacement set. I speak as I find and I am very happy with my product also with he after sales service
I ordered a Christmas gift on December 14,2017, Today is 12/25. Still no order. The tracking # provided doesnt appear on Fed Ex or UPS. I emailed to let them know and received response that tracking # doesnt show up because websites are so busy. They promised Xmas delivery if ordered before 12/16. Over promise. Under perform. Oh well, its out of our hands once products leaves their distribution center, blah blah blah. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!
