everyone had a different experience. I purchased some waterfall lights before Xmas. I bought six sets in total. After Xmas one set stopped working. I contacted them via email and albeit rather lengthy I have today had a result.
I found the best point of contact is via email. I must say the lights are beautiful I put them outside and I have had people knocking on my door to ask where they can get some.
I am now being sent a replacement set. I speak as I find and I am very happy with my product also with he after sales service
