why do you have so many negative feedbacks?

everyone had a different experience. I purchased some waterfall lights before Xmas. I bought six sets in total. After Xmas one set stopped working. I contacted them via email and albeit rather lengthy I have today had a result.

I found the best point of contact is via email. I must say the lights are beautiful I put them outside and I have had people knocking on my door to ask where they can get some.

I am now being sent a replacement set. I speak as I find and I am very happy with my product also with he after sales service

Because they sell inferior chinese junk and don't stand behind their product.

Because they over promise and under perform. Or Ill say it. They lie to get sales.
