We ordered a laptop 1-12-15 for my college son and i called cs first to discuss extended plans that include accidental damage. i specifically asked about accidental damage. even repeated that the plan the cs person recommended included accidental damage. i was assured it did. i placed my order on-line and now 10 months later i am being told that it does not include ada. either cs doesn't know what they are talking about or they lied to me on purchase. i want newegg to fixed this.
