We ordered a laptop 1-12-15 for my college son and I called CS first to discuss extended plans that include accidental damage. I SPECIFICALLY asked about accidental damage. Even repeated that the plan the CS person recommended INCLUDED accidental damage. I was assured it did. I placed my order on-line and now 10 months later I am being told that it does NOT include ADA. Either CS doesn't know what they are talking about or they LIED to me on purchase. I want Newegg to fixed this.
