I have a store credit of $70.40 at ncrowd. how do i get my money since ncrowd is closed.

Answer:

If you paid with your credit card, ask your credit card company for a chargeback. Tell them that your nCrowd store credit is useless because the business is closed and the website is shut down. Also, send them the below link as evidence that nCrowd has shut down. Don't bother getting help from nCrowd. Ask your credit card company/bank for help if you want to reverse the charges.

I have a voucher that i purchased approximately 2 or 3 months ago, with an expiration date of december 4th. it was for deluxe interior & exterior detailing at calgary auto detailing & tires. when i called to set up an appointment on monday november 23rd i was informed that they would not be honoring my voucher as they took over the business november 1st and knew nothing about the outstanding vouchers. i paid $49.00 for my voucher and they told me that i had to get my money back from ncrowd not calgary auto. i haven't been able to contact ncrowd, because it has vanished from the web. in these days when every penny you spend is allocated for a reason, you can't afford to have it just declined for no reason (on my part). the gentleman that i spoke to said that he has emailed ncrowd but got no reply. please respond to this email and let me know how i can get a refund not a credit for my $49.00. thank you for your anticipated assistance.

Tell them that your nCrowd unused vouchers/store credit is useless because the business is closed and the website is shut down. Also, send them the below link as evidence that nCrowd has shut down. I have a credit of $66.00 and i need that money back as ncrowd is closed now

Answer:

As others have suggested here, ask your credit card company for a chargeback as soon as possible. Explain to your cc company that nCrowd is now in foreclosure and isn't selling any more goods or services. Therefore, any unused store credit or vouchers are now useless. I wouldn't bother to wait for nCrowd to resume selling deals again. You could also send your cc company the information about the foreclosure (see the link below) to support your claim. Also, your cc company will likely request proof (e.g., emails with the merchants or the names of the merchants you have spoken to on the phone) that the merchants were unwilling to honor the vouchers. I was able to get a chargeback by doing the above. I have ordered 2 items from crowd back in august, why have i not received my items..

Answer:

Hey are Boomstreet now. Filed bankruptcy and changed their name. That way, they can keep all of the money they have collected from buyers and not send the merchandise. Merchants that do send merchandise on behalf of newly named Boomstreet WILL NOT GET PAID. I recommend finding Boomstreet online and sending them relentless emails demanding your money back. Don't let them keep your hard earned money! Feel free to answer back with updates. Good luck!

I am a merchant wo owns laser hair removal clinic. ncrowd stopped paying me for the last 3 months. i stopped accepting their vouchers. i called and emailed several times but no answer. their phoning system seems scam! no body actually answers your phone, they got the same message of leaving a voice mail or sending email. i regret dealing with them to consumers, please call business first before buying ncrowd vouchers! dr fadi hajjaj dermalaz laser clinic ottawa on 613-6995625
