If you have used a credit card, Call them they will dispute the charges.

Your best solution is to file a dispute with the card you used. THEY CHANGE NAMES REGULARLY. They used to be MOOLALA. They will offer to credit your account instead of issuing you a refund which is WORTHLESS! Best thing is dispute it with your card company. I had to.

I agree. I lost my credit too. They are not reliable and each company that has bought them out has not done well. I am done with this site. Groupon and wag jag more reliable for sure!

Sad to say but I think you are out of luck when they declare bankruptcy they void all the credits as well.And then they open as a new business. I went through this with them when they were deal find and became NCrowd
