I purchased 2 Segway deals from ncrowd in September before they were taken over by Boomstreet. I have today received a phone call from the Segway company telling me they haven't been paid so can't honour my bookings. As I paid by debit card rather than credit card, what recourse, if any, do I have?

Sad to say it might be a tough lesson learned as not sure there is any recourse

You would need to check the consumer laws in the country you are in. I live in the UK and called Citizens Advice Bureau, who helped me get a full refund for all my vouchers in the end.
