Has anyone else been sent items that Nasty Gal knew were broken? I order a pair of sandals, and inside the shoe box was a warehouse signed slip indicating that the buckle on the right shoe was broken. Seems so weird! Wondering if anyone else had the same problem or if it was a fluke. The customer service rep seemed like she had never heard of it happening before.

OH WOW! That sounds sooooo bizarre! But, I've order at least 10 times from Nasty Gal and I never heard of something like that... Sadly, it might have been like a return item that slipped through the cracks and was sent back out :( But, hey, I'm sure it was just a random fluke.
