A: We currently send email confirmations whenever a customer place a new order but not for recurring charges. Our business hours are Monday-Sunday 9am-9pm GMT, please call to 0808-189-0354 during that schedule. You can cancel your subscription from your account: click on your account>go to settings>subscription>cancel (on the top right of your home page once you login).
