Why are you not sending me invoices? Why does your customer service line go straight to voicemail? Why can I not cancel my subscription on your website? Why do you not reply to emails?

A: We currently send email confirmations whenever a customer place a new order but not for recurring charges. Our business hours are Monday-Sunday 9am-9pm GMT, please call to 0808-189-0354 during that schedule. You can cancel your subscription from your account: click on your account>go to settings>subscription>cancel (on the top right of your home page once you login). We reply to all emails in the order of it were received, rest assured that if it was received, we will answer it. You can also click on live chat when available.
