Dear Eri,

Unfortunately, you cannot do that with mSpy technology. MSpy can download photos from the target Android device once it's installed to it. At the moment it cannot be done remotely without installation to the device.

No you cannot. This is not a recovery app, only a cell phone monitoring app. Don't waste your money.
