And all of my 61 years I have never experienced such an unscrupulous company. They have ripped off so many customers I cannot believe that they are still in business. They can change their name but they have not changed their practices. I hope To be involved in a class action lawsuit against them. I will hire an attorney to fight them.

I did not choose them. Rocket mortgage assigned me to them after one payment. Rocket said they vetted them before the assignment. However, Mr. Cooper was formerly Nationstar. Nationstar had a national legal judgment against them involving thousands of complainants... sometime after that the changed their name to Mr. Cooper and are doing business again. The current online complaints against Mr. Cooper seem to resemble the type of complaints that were lodged against Nationstar that led to the lawsuit.

My previous mortgage sold my loan to Mr Cooper terrible company. I went in my own took floor insurance. Next year Mr Cooper decided that it's going to purchase food insurance for me event thus I informed Mr. Cooper hat I have insurance. Them it decided that it's going to pay for flood insurance for me so it can charge me three times more for it

No sane person would choose this company. They just buy existing mortgages. They are so bad they had to change their name from Nationstar

I didn't choose them. My mortgage was sold to them, and now I'm held hostage until my refi with another company goes through.
