Hi i have an order with this tracking number 9374869903503685016121, but checking on DHL tracking there's no result. I have not received my order no. 4089962 for a blue cross-body purse. The tracking number somehow became delete from an email I had received. how do i return a cross body purse that i ordered . it is too small. I can get sound in the right ear, but not in the left ear. when should I expect to get my 2 purses I ordered?
