I did a ticket with them and had an email answer in less than 2 days. I never had any trouble with them responding to me inquiry. Maybe I'm blessed, but it was easy for me. You just have to follow their guidelines. And NEVER expect a fast delivery. NEVER!

Dear, most of our products are shipped from China. Only a few items are shipped from our US warehouse or EU warehouse. If an item is marked as "Fulfilled by our US/EU Fulfillment Center", it means it will be shipped from US or EU warehouse. While all other products are shipped from our Chinese warehouse.

This number is merely a serial number which cannot be used to track your package online. Our most economical shipping method does not support tracking services.
