Hi Lisa, the Modules vary from an hour to 2 hours in length... but can be broken down into chunks. The truth is the more we self-partner and make that dedication to ourselves to uplevel our wounds the faster we heal. How often you work the Modules is personal. Many serious NARPers do hours of Module work weekly... and even daily. Especially in times of needing to shift emotional trauma. I hope this helps. Melanie xx

Each module is between 20 and 40 minutes if you include doing the practices at the end etc, BUT can and should be repeated as needed.

About 30 minutes but maybe a bit longer if you need to pause the recording.
