The truth is yes the NARP Program can help anyone wanting to claim, release and heal their inner traumas. However, the problem with narcissistic individuals is usually, that is the thing they least want to do, meet their Inner Being. Often there are so many defences... Your sister would have to want to and commit herself to working with the Modules in order to heal. And sadly we can't force people to do that - it has to be their choice.
