Anybody ever have luck getting money back? i just hit email after i canceled and cost me $100. crazy sly crap.

Answer:

If you have a personal lawyer, maybe you will get it back. I would not give them the time of day as I wasted time. They ripped me off and they are rude and not at all fogiving. Very nprofessional. They want your money and could care less about the rest. They will not release your credit card info even once you stop. Hey say their system does not allow it. Lol If they get hacked like ashley madison, our credit cards are at risk. Even if you change your number. Scary I ownder if Dr Phil knows about all the dirty play going on?

How do i get them to stop billing me after i cancled my account

Answer:

Log onto the desktop site (because I don't know how to do it on the mobile site, ok?) In the upper right hand corner there's a place for your avatar. Next to that is a gear icon. Wand over the gear with your cursor. In the drop down menu, click on settings. A new page will open up, the two areas of greatest interest are "Change/Cancel Membership and Subscription Status. I don't want to cancel my membership, so I can't help you farther, but this should do the trick.
