If you have a personal lawyer, maybe you will get it back. I would not give them the time of day as I wasted time. They ripped me off and they are rude and not at all fogiving. Very nprofessional. They want your money and could care less about the rest. They will not release your credit card info even once you stop. Hey say their system does not allow it. Log onto the desktop site (because I don't know how to do it on the mobile site, ok?) In the upper right hand corner there's a place for your avatar. Next to that is a gear icon. Wand over the gear with your cursor. In the drop down menu, click on settings. A new page will open up, the two areas of greatest interest are "Change/Cancel Membership and Subscription Status. I don't want to cancel my membership, so I can't help you farther, but this should do the trick.
