Why does Lord and Taylor put a double and triple block hold on funds out of your bank account for items purchased??? This is NOT good business practices. ONLY the amount that was purchased should be put in preauthorization mode. These are funds that cannot be spent. They need to figure out a different eCommerce method! This appears to be very fraudulent.
