YES... i called today about my order that was charged to my debit card on the 19th. After several attempts to call i finally got in que then spent 15 minutes on hold and once the girl got on the phone got my name Rebecca Leone and the amount charged $45.98 and said to hold so she can check with the shipping manager then spent 5 more minutes on hold just to get disconnected. Please email me an update as to when my order will ship. bleone@inthenewsonline.com

Good luck! Have made so many phones calls and e-mails and I ordered a simple white slip dress in July, still haven't seen it and can't get them to give me a refund
