They are very scammy, you cannot cancel your account or subscription of your own accord as when you click on delete account it takes you to their upgrade subscription.
By law, they should refund you if you ask as they have a money back guarantee stamp on just about every page of their website.
If they refuse to refund you, take the matter up with the Better Business Bureau.

Hey Dawn. These people are nasty. If you don't "unsubscribe" after their "free 14-day trial" they automatically sign you up for a renewing $40/month "subscription." This is an unethical business practice, for which they should be ashamed of themselves.

You'll need to call or email them to cancel your "subscription." See if you can get a refund. I got a partial one, but not a full one. This company is a dishonest scam, and I'm sorry you fell victim to the same sneaky business practices I did.
