Greetings Joanna T, you can cancel your active subscription to the service by going into your account settings and pressing the cancel subscription option that is provided. You can also cancel via email or you also have the option to give us a call on 888-816-0576 and we can assist you in the cancellation of the active subscription.

Good luck with that - I tried all these methods Anna B. Mentions, and they still charged my credit card. Cancel your card. Also, report them to BBB, where you will find they have many complaints.
