Hi--I have been trying to get help form the live help--but every time a post my question about downloading the resume either via word, pdf, rtf, or txt the help line then says no one is there after they said someone would be with me in a moment. Every time I download my document (I Am an Annual subscriber) the bullets do not correspond with my points nor do they move--it is like they are stationery the formatting is strange and I cannot fix. I also want to be able to put header and page numbers but again there is no FAQ, worded help mechanism or answer on the live help--this is frustrating.
