Approximately 5 months ago I called to cancel my subscription. I was told that everything was taken care of and it would no longer be posted to my credit card. When I continues to be bill I called back 2 more times and I continue to have the fee posted to my credit card. What do I need to do to get this taken care of? I am at my wit's end.
