Buyer placed a dispute about an item that has yet to even arrive! mailed on nov, 25th... by listia rules i could have waited until today to even mail it! i answered the dispute, but i'm still not sure i will even be given the benefit of the doubt. i did not have tracking on that item (major price difference in postage!) shouldn't the buyers have to wait at least enough time for the package to arrive? Answer:

Listia has sooooo many scammers in both ends, buyers and sellers. I had a buyer try to tell me her tracked item was never received. I know they are worthless credits, but i always spend the extra few bucks for tracking. However I do agree that a sufficient time free to get in the mail should have been considered.

Answer:

Can't answer that, never did a survey. Write to LISTIA in the lower right of any page, start a CUSTOMER SUPPORT Ticket and ask. Tell them what survey isn't giving you the credits too.

As long as you dont tried points but dont its a scam... LISTIA IS THE WORST SITE I HAVE EVER USED. The rules state you are allowed 3 accounts per house hold my son who doesnt live with me opened one my daughter who doesn't live with me opened one and I opened one no where on earth would this be considered 3 accounts in one household but when I had over 5oooo points and my daughter had nearly 9500 and my son had 15000 all three accounts were suspended in the same day stating we had multiple accounts when I asked them to show me my supposed other account they brought up my son's account and my daughters account when they provided proof that they lived in other towns the accounts were reinstated but with no points. Then a few months later the same thing happened. I spent a total of over $500 shipping free items and lost the points 2x and lost the items and money... site is a huge scam

If you are having any bad issues with Listia, Been banned and you lost your credits? Paid for shipping, then banned? Usres are banned after sending outvaluables and loose your credits with no way to spend them? Hundreds of usres aree being banned by inexperienced represenatives forno apparent reason. Answer:

In order to make the selling list -- You must make 500,000 credits before making the list, also you must have 95% rating.

I'm glad you're on here! my pc will not even pull youupr now! two days ago i clicked on a video, and my pc locked up, and told me to call a support service, so i did. they said they were from microsoft, and they worked on my computer for 2-3 hours, after i paid $50, today i clicked on a video, obviously the same one, and it happened again! the man i called said i had never called him and their cost was $300! this is a gimmick! how are they locking up my computer? you need to figure out who is doing this, and if this is for money, then that is totally wrong! today i had to shut my computer down, and restart it. now, i tried to go back on your site, and it won't let me! You have a virus, take your pc to a local repair shop asap!
