If i'm going to order a gown tonight when can i received them?

Answer:

I had a recent order that took over a month due to supply issues (that was per their customer service email) and then my last order says it's been processed and shipped in under five days! I would plan for the longest time (at least a month especially if it was one of their "custom gowns") and then be surprised if it comes earlier.

Question:

I order a pair of bathroom faucets - they arrived in excellent time. however - they do not match!! and what worse is: they are slightly different, but close enough that the plumber installed them and didn't notice - until after he was gone and packaging discarded..!! and what is also worse: the one i order is ok, but the one i got in error is actually better - ok - but i cannot even find that item on your site!! what am i to do now exactly?

Well I ordered my clothes on may 13th. It's June 19th and I still don't have it. Trust me Kimberly don't buy from here esp a wedding dress. You probably won't even get it

Yes for non clothing looking at the amount of similar complaints to myself I would say they are a scam. There is not one positive message on their Facebook page so not quite sure how they managed this many stars on here
