Should I have paid import duty after paying insurance

If you buy insurance from LightInTheBox, when you wire your review for that item mention that or open a ticket for you paid duty, then they will return your money.
And if you return the product to LightInTheBox, and you paid Duty, you can apply for the refund if you leave in Canada, you can go to this website and have original recipes and fill out the form and send them they will be pay you back.
