I have yet to receive my order and I'm unable to contact customer service, what do I need to do to get my money back.

Yes, make a ticket of your order and then write a negative review here on Site Jabber. I waited for them to respond as well but as soon as I wrote the review of them, BAM! I received an answer. Not the best way to go about solving issues but it seems to work for most.
