How do I get a refund on my PayPal account -I had to cancel an order 12 hours after I placed it and before it was dispatched. It is impossible to see how I can get a refund only a credit note for LightinTheBox, which is very shabby service!

Keep pestering them. Tell them they are breaking laws by keeping your money. It does just go back into your bank account when they do refund.
