Hi I'm a first time buyer from this site and I was just wondering how accurate the delivery time is? I ordered a ring on the 31st of December and of course some time due to the new year, however the money has been taken out of my account, and i was told that it would take 3-4 days to be delivered from the 4th of December and I still have no received my item. I will be expecting a full refund if I do not receive my order soon.
