I have added items to my favortie list but when i click on favorites it keeps saying no favorites yet.how do i fix this

Answer:

It's probably a bug they need to fix one time all my chats were deleted for like an Hr.And just today I clicked on an item for sale n it froze the pg. I clicked on/off but it's the same.? And I have way too many items posted to start over

I had someone who said he would take my item.i answered about an hour later, saying it was still available, did he still want it. three hours later, no response. i have other buyers. how long should i fairly wait for his response?

Answer:

This is up to you. Remember, if someone REALLY wants your item, they will respond promptly. Suggestion: "Hello, I have another inquirer and have lost sales in the past with potential buyers not following through. I will need a response in the next 2 hours. Thanks". Take it from there

When i click to bump up my item the button does not work. the button does not do anything when i click it.

When you click BUMP you are paying $1.99 to "move" your item to the current date. You may not have a card signed up

Why do you have the question "hi. is this item still available?" when you also have the 'sold' banner to let people know that it is not available?please take away the "hi. is this item still available" to stop tirekickers and people who are not even interested. if it doesn't say 'sold', then it is still available.

Answer:

You are 100% right! The letgo app designers obviously had no experience in ACTUAL buying/selling. And even worse, they currently give the user an option to say "I'm Interested". It is redundant and wastes the seller's time!

Why can i not post items to sell on my laptop? does it only work as an app ? why so many bad reviews? it concerns me a little.

Answer:

It only works from your smartphone. As a previous restaurant franchisee I learned that customers are 10 times more likely to complain online regarding a bad experience as they are to compliment online regarding a good experience. This is the same for apps. Also, the app designers have little or no experience in ACTUAL trading online, which is evident with them pushing newcomers to click an automatic transmission to a seller stating "Hi! Is it still available?". Every seasoned buyer knows that if you want to by an item you NEVER ask this question and wait for a response...

Once you have an item posted for a day or so, when clicking on your item, you will be given the option to bump for $1.99

I reading your reviews and it doesn't look to good. i wanted to sale my tennis ball machines on your site but i don't know now.

Answer:

From a veteran seller on several websites, it would be a waste of your time posting your item on letgo. Letgo is currently only good for everyday practical items. Specialty and collectible items posted on letgo do not fetch what they are worth, as people with disposable purchase money are not traversing sites like letgo. Your best bet on a tennis ball machine is eBay.
