I attempted, earlier this year to set up a small business selling antiques, upcycled and locally made furniture. My paperwork was generated but I discovered the trading name I had requested was already in use. You did not run a search? I though this was part of the service? I was unwell for several months and then tried to get this moving again. Second go round I never received the forms to be signed by email or regular mail. My emails went unanswered, A complete waste of time and effort. I have nothing! But a hole in my bank account where $263.00 used to be. How do I get a refund? Who should I contact?

Hi David... consider yourself lucky... they charged me $444.00 to file my trademark. No results unless I hire an attorney to finish the process.
