Hi there,

I am looking to get a quote on behalf of my boss.

He is a UK resident with a UK passport. He has a current O1 visa attached to a US LLC of which he is a managing member. His current O1 expires in January . He wishes to set up a new corporation in California of which he will be the major shareholder with a US resident as the second shareholder. Then apply for a new O1 with the new corporation as the sponsor. The new O1 doesn't need to follow straight on from his current O1. There can be a gap.
Please can you give me a quote on setting up the California LLC?

Hi Jemma, thanks for your question. A CA LLC would start at $234 and a corporation would start at $264, including state filing fees.
