They are a scam. Im in the same situation! You can't speak to anyone because it would make it too easy to cancel your membership, therefore they couldn't keep debiting your credit card!

Did you sign up for a free account? You don't have to provide a credit card to do that. So someone must of setup an order for you. If you have an account with your email but can't access it. Go to the login screen and put forgot password. This isn't a company page so support will not contact you on here. If you don't have an account get with your credit card company and stop payment on any transactions from Le-Vel and have them investigate to see where the products are being shipped to if you aren't getting them.
