Help! i have down loaded and burned a dvd of photos and small video clips that i have spent hours on putting together, but the dvd will not play on the dvd player that is hooked up to the tv. it works fine in the computer but i need it to play on a dvd player. does anyone have any suggestions or advice of what i can do to get it to work?

Hi Ravin, please make sure you're clicking the "Burn DVD" button in Kizoa rather than selecting to "Download" your movie. The "Burn DVD" button will convert your movie to a special DVD video format and your disc should then play perfectly on your DVD player! Hi Jessie, with a free account you can certainly download your movie to your computer for free so long as it is under one minute. Go to the "My Movies" tab, select your movie, and then click on the "Download" button at the bottom of the screen.

How to remove the black bars. my videos don"t look good on youtube :((

Hi Alfredo, the reason you're seeing black bars on the right and left of your video on Youtube is because Kizoa videos are in a 4:3 format while Youtube is in 16:9. We do plan on adding more format options including 16:9 to Kizoa very soon!

My slideshow runs fine on kizoa's website. but when i download and run it on my computer, 8 out of 200 slides either stop momentarily during a zoom or move with a jerky motion. how do i fix this?
