Hey - Cant download videos and it is not finishing editing
I really need help downloading a slideshow I put together. I paid for the premium version, but it does not seem to work and stalls out at 99%. HELP

Hi Jessie, with a free account you can certainly download your movie to your computer for free so long as it is under one minute. Go to the "My Movies" tab, select your movie, and then click on the "Download" button at the bottom of the screen.
