Hi Julie! To add music from iTunes, the easiest way may be to simply drag the song from iTunes and onto your desktop, or put it in another folder that is easy for you to find. Then, log into Kizoa and select UPLOAD MUSIC while in the Video Maker. You will then be able to select to upload from your computer and will just need to find the music file on your computer.
Hi Kenneth, we cannot retrieve any content that you have removed from your account. As Patricia mentioned, you can always re-upload that photo to your account, but if you have used the deleted photo in any of your creations, you will need to add your newly uploaded copy of that photo into these collages and videos.
Humm, I wasn't aware of this, but I know that Utube gets a lot of their videos cut off due to copyrights...
Hi! You can actually download as many songs as you want on your Kizoa account. We did have a server issue on Sunday which may have been why it was taking so long. Try again today and if you're still unable to upload your music then send it to me as an attachement in an email to veronica.gomez@kizoa.com
Hi Drenda! With the Premium DVD membership you'll be able to download your slideshow to your computer in a resolution of 800x600 and with the PRO membership you can download it in Full HD! If you aren't happy with your Premium membership simply give us a call or send us an email and we have no problem in issuing you a refund ;)
Hi! You can place text wherever you want by creating a collage first with your photo and the text and then inserting the collage within your slideshow. Go to the COLLAGE MAKER tab to get started making your own collage.
But my movie collage is just photos and a song--no videos. When I played it back initially with the link, it worked fine. Later, I played it back again through the link, and this time the song abruptly re-started during the song, then faded out. Very strange. Is the linked file not "saved" somewhere? I don't understand how it can change after it has been saved. Please help! Thx.
