If you watch your slideshow on your blog from a computer then it will begin to play automatically. When you watch it from a mobil phone or tablet then it is being streamed which means you will need to press they play button to start it.

Hi Julie! To add music from iTunes, the easiest way may be to simply drag the song from iTunes and onto your desktop, or put it in another folder that is easy for you to find. Then, log into Kizoa and select UPLOAD MUSIC while in the Video Maker. You will then be able to select to upload from your computer and will just need to find the music file on your computer.

Hi Kenneth, we cannot retrieve any content that you have removed from your account. As Patricia mentioned, you can always re-upload that photo to your account, but if you have used the deleted photo in any of your creations, you will need to add your newly uploaded copy of that photo into these collages and videos.

Hi Saray, to upoad your photos and videos to your Kizoa account faster, please upload in smaller batches. If it is taking you a while to save changes while working on your video, this is likely due to your internet connection. You may also see improved performance in using Google Chrome as your internet browser.

Hi Joan, A Premium DVD or Premium Pro membership is needed in order to download a video created on Kizoa. It is possible to purchase a 1-time download of your video, but please contact us at customer support so that we can give you more information and set up your account accordingly.

Hi Neil, could you please contact us by clicking the phone/envelope icon at the top of your Kizoa account and letting us know the name of the video that is "hanging up" on you? We will then be able to take a look at your account and better understand the problems you are encountering. To add multiple music samples, click the MUSIC tab while in the Video Maker, select the track you wish to add and drag it to down onto the slide on which you would like it to begin playing. In the audio bar just below the film reel of your video, a small white tab with a circular arrow and the number 1 will indicate the end of your first song. Drag your second song down onto this slide so that your first song will fade into this new song. You can also see the Kizoa Tutorials YouTube channel for a step-by-step tutorial on adding and adjusting your music.

Hi Peter, I am sorry for the inconvenience. We have been experiencing a few glitches regarding the synchronization of music in videos when playing them on the editing platform. Once shared online or saved to a computer or disk, the audio and video will play correctly, but we are still working to resolve the playback problems on the platform. Please contact customer support directly from your account so that we can better help you! We do have a few things we can test!

Hello again Inav, you can indeed share videos containing your own music with our current Free basic membership. If you are having troubles posting your video to Facebook, please make sure that your account is connected by checking the blue Facebook area on the lower right side of the MY IMAGES page.
