Hi Neil, could you please contact us by clicking the phone/envelope icon at the top of your Kizoa account and letting us know the name of the video that is "hanging up" on you? We will then be able to take a look at your account and better understand the problems you are encountering. To add multiple music samples, click the MUSIC tab while in the Video Maker, select the track you wish to add and drag it to down onto the slide on which you would like it to begin playing. In the audio bar just below the film reel of your video, a small white tab with a circular arrow and the number 1 will indicate the end of your first song. Drag your second song down onto this slide so that your first song will fade into this new song.
