I am in the middle of a project and Kizoa will not save my collages. It keeps stopping at 69% saved.

Hey - Cant download videos and it is not finishing editing
I really need help downloading a slideshow I put together. I paid for the premium version, but it does not seem to work and stalls out at 99%. HELP
