Hi, I am trying to download a video but am not able to. It seems to be stuck on 99%.

Hey - Cant download videos and it is not finishing editing
I really need help downloading a slideshow I put together. I paid for the premium version, but it does not seem to work and stalls out at 99%. HELP

When i send a link to video; the link deletes the sound. The screen will not play full size.
