Good luck with that! Once they make a sale that's it. Good luck getting in touch with a person. The brick and mortar store maybe easier to deal with, but the website is the worst. Don't do business with these guys online
You battle with them online. Don't do it! They have a website that is by design impossible to contact an actual person. You have to rely on sporadic email responses that do not answer direct questions. I would seriously consider buying from the brick and mortar store and staying as far away as possible from the wesite.
