I was trying to check my reservation at the Japan Airlines website. However, when I entered the information requested, this is the response I got "Unable to identify your family name and given name on your passport.
Please contact the JAL office in your area of residence.
We are sorry for your inconvenience." Please advise what to do. Thank you
