Considering buying tickets to Colorado Springs to be there for my best friend as she has her baby, also travel makes me anxious, can I depend on this?

Thank you for you interest in booking with us. It is very difficult to please everyone in the travel industry and unfortunately the very few people who are unhappy tend to be the most vocal. We have a great service team who is there to help our customers every step of the way and any additional fees (which all airlines and travel agencies may administer depending on the situation) are very clearly indicated when booking. We have a similar business model to other online travel agencies however the difference is that we strive to offer our customers better and more affordable prices.

WOW, I can't believe this guy just blows off all these negative comments as a few disgruntled people. THIS is exactly what their customer service is like. They are the worst company ever and you really have to search thru these reviews to find a positive one. STAY AWAY. I leave positive reviews all the time when I have a great experience but I went out of my way to get onto this site to leave a review warning people of the bad experience I had. I never received a refund for the charges to get an aisle seat nor did I get an apology for booking our son on a different flight than my husband and I.
